Films: Frenzy (1972)
Alias: None
Type: Natural
Location: Civilized area
Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Summary: If you hope to get onto the path of a serial killer, make sure he doesn't know, and that your luck isn't that bad. Otherwise, i'ts going to turn into one tumultuous caper.
History: Robert Rusk is the kind of person who views women as objects. Objects he can rape, kill, and strangle with ties. He's managed to evade the authorities for quite some time, and with another man being framed for his actions, he'll do it again and again.
Notable Kills: Death by bowtie strangulation.
Final Fate: Eventually, Rusk is tracked down by the framed man back to his home. Needless to say, the authorities arrive just in time to see him try and dispose of a body. Arrest is all but guaranteed for him now.
Powers/Abilities: Ties of all things are his weapon of choice.
Weakness: Anything conventional.
Scariness Factor: 3.5-A fairly unhinged man, Rusk is already dead to us with his misogynistic attitude. But considering how he turned something as mundane as a tie into a murder weapon, we fear what else he could have done...
Trivia: -Michael Caine was eyed by director Alfred Hitchcock to play Rusk, but the man was horrified by the character, and rejected it.
-This was the third and final film to have been made by Hitchcock in Britain.
